Product Warranty

We offer an limited lifetime warranty on our products. If your holster ever breaks or any parts wear out, let us know and we will repair or replace them. It is unlikely you will never need to do this, but we want you to know we stand behind our products.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser/owner and is non-transferable.  Proof of original purchase is required.

Return Policy

Refunds

Because our holsters are hand crafted to order we do not accept returns for a refund.

Defects & Returns

If your item has a defect or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange to correct the problem.  The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the product to Slate Creek Tactical for evaluation and repair.  Slate Creek Tactical will then cover the shipping costs to return the product to the customer if is determined to be a defect covered under the product warranty.

Cancellations & Refunds

1.  If fabrication has not started, the order will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee.
2.  If fabrication has started, the order will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
3.  If the order is ready to be shipped it cannot be cancelled.
4.  Custom orders cannot be refunded once the design process has started.  For this reason, all custom orders will have a 48 hour hold period before any work beings.
