These are the colors we keep on hand.  There are many other colors available so ask us if you are looking for something different.  Colors may vary slightly from those displayed on the screen.

What is your lead time

Our current lead time is 2-3 weeks from order placement to product shipment. We often beat these lead times but cannot always guarantee it. We appreciate your business and want you to know we will not sacrifice quality for speed.

Does Slate Creek Tactical do custom projects?

YES! We regularly take on special projects.  If you don’t ask the answer is always no, so be sure and email us with your request so we can have the chance to say YES!

What is a sweat guard?

A sweat guard is an extension of the Kydex® material on the body side of the holster that keeps the pistol from touching your body or clothing.  It also acts as a guide when holstering your pistol.

How do I care for and maintain my holster?

Prior to use, you should always check your holster for fit and function ensuring that all fasteners are secure and that your weapon fits securely and is retained properly.  If you discover any problems, DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THE HOLSTER AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

With repeated use, your holster will become dirty.  To reduce any wear on your firearm, you should occasionally clean your holster with water and a mild detergent.  Be sure and thoroughly dry the holster prior to use.  A very thin coat of gun oil or silicone applied with a wipe will add additional protection for your weapon.

Do you offer a military, LEO, or first responder discounts?

Yes, we do. Please email us to receive a coupon code to use when placing your order.

Why do you use Paypal?

We use PayPal for payments because it protects both you, and Slate Creek Tactical. You can rest assured that only PayPal will see your Credit Card information.

Can I add another item to my order after it has been placed?

No, we cannot add items to the order once it is placed.  We do not have your personal payment information and thus cannot just charge your card.  We can email you an invoice for any additional items you would like to add.  This is a small inconvenience, but it protects both of us.

Can I change my order before it ships?

Maybe.  If we have not started fabrication your order can certainly be changed.  If we have already started or completed fabrication and assembly of your holster we may be able to make changes depending on what they are and there may be additional costs and shipping delay to do so.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

If we have not started fabrication then yes.  If we have started fabrication and it is not a custom order, it can be cancelled with a 30% cancellation fee.   A custom order than has entered fabrication cannot be cancelled.  If the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
